Five Element Creativity: Improve your Personal and Professional Abundance

This 45+ minutes video takes you on a journey of unleashing your creativity by exploring the five elements of natural energy. To participate fully, have art supplies (blank white paper) and crayons handy or electronic paint programs on your devices.  We will explore creativity with a variety of qi gong movements and meditations, then engage in an art creation project together.
